This one is called Diavoletti. I have no idea what that means but its description on the menu is
“Grilled smoked scamorza cheese with a centre of green olive & chilli, wrapped in lemon leaf served with eggplant parmigiana.”
It was absolutely delicious. The whole place is amazing. Beautiful views, authentic Italian cuisine and fantastic wines. They have their own olive orchard and make their own oils. Their grapes are source from local vineyards around the area.
Thoroughly recommend it for the experience. We can all let our hair down occasionally.
