To help get over the Easter addiction to chocolate here are some that are actually good for you.
1 tin black beans
3 tbl ABC Spread or nut butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
2 tbl coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teas cinnamon
1/4 teas chili powder (adjust to amount of chili you can handle)
1/4 teas cayenne pepper (adjust to how much you can handle also)
Food process all ingredients until smooth
Put in a bowl in the fridge for 2 hours so the mixture is set.
Hand roll spoon sized amount into balls and put back in the fridge.
Toppings:
1/4 cup maple syrup
crushed nuts or coconut or gojis
Roll each ball in maple syrup then in crushed nuts.
Freeze for 30 minutes
