1 tin chick peas
2 tbl lemon juice
100g tahini
2 tbl olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teas cumin
2 teas ground paprika
½ teas Celtic sea salt
A little water to achieve the right consistency
Wash chick peas until the water no longer froths, drain. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate for 3 hours to allow flavours to blend
