700g cauliflower, cut into small florets
2cm piece fresh ginger, finely grated
½ teas cumin seeds
½ teas ground turmeric
1/3 cup Greek-style yoghurt
2 tbl roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves
2 teas lemon juice
Combine cauliflower, ginger, cumin and turmeric in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place cauliflower mixture in a metal steamer. Place steamer over a large saucepan of simmering water. Cook covered for 8 minutes or until tender.
Transfer to a large bowl. Add yoghurt, coriander and lemon juice. Gently toss to combine. Serve.
